MS Walk this Sunday

Yoga by Sarah has put together a team for the MS Walk this Sunday, April 19 in Port Dalhousie. We’d love to have you join our team – and feel free to bring friends, family members, children, dogs, etc! If you are not able to walk with us, please consider sponsoring us and supporting us. You can donate, or join our team by going to https://msofs.mssociety.ca/2009walk/lookup.aspx?L=2 or you can donate or register directly with us at the front desk.

I know that there are many great causes and that you probably receive requests for donations from many different sources. I am choosing to support this cause, as my mother has MS, and she requested that my brother and I put together a team as a gift for her (in lieu of Christmas/holiday presents). I know first hand what great work the MS Society does, and that a lot of the money raised from this walk will stay local, with the rest going to research.

I hope you will consider donating and walking with us!
