Hatha - Beginner
Explore the basics of Hatha yoga. Each week we’ll progressively build your knowledge base. Learn proper form and alignment. After this course, you’ll be ready to comfortably and safely join our “drop-in” Hatha Classes.

Prenatal Yoga
Moms-to-be will learn simple and effective exercises to strengthen and relax. Increase flexibility, improve circulation and relieve common problems and discomforts associated with pregnancy.

Baby & Mom Yoga
We provide a supportive environment to learn yoga, recover from childbirth and create that special bond with your little one.

Pilates - Beginner
Learn the fundamental principles of the Pilates method and its basic exercises. Improve your strength, posture and flexibility. Everyone-from the “unfit” to the high performance athlete can benefit from this class.
