Beginner Pilates

8 week session May 1 - June 19

Learn the fundamental principles of the Pilates method and its basic exercises. Improve your strength, posture and flexibility.  Everyone-from the “unfit” to the high performance athlete can benefit from this class.

Classes offered Tuesdays at 7:00 pm 

60 minutes

Spring 8 week session – 1x weekly: $150 +HST
