Beginner Pilates

Learn the fundamental principles of the Pilates method and its basic exercises. Improve your strength, posture and flexibility.  Everyone-from the “unfit” to the high performance athlete can benefit from this class.

Classes offered Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Wednesdays at 11:15am

60 minutes

Winter/Spring 8 week session – 1x weekly: $150 +HST
Winter/Spring 8 week session – 2x weekly: $250 +HST
