Beginner Pilates

8 week session March 12 - April 30

Learn the fundamental principles of the Pilates method and its basic exercises. Improve your strength, posture and flexibility.  Everyone-from the “unfit” to the high performance athlete can benefit from this class.

Classes offered Tuesdays at 7:00pm

Fall 8 week session: $150 +HST
