Our little Yogi’s, ages 5-12, will be encouraged to have fun, laugh and play, all while promoting physical activity, mindfulness, and coordination. These classes are taught by an experienced mom, social worker and yoga instructor! Note: if your child is not able to attend at the time his/her age group is scheduled, some exceptions may be permitted to join the other group.
Yoga for Kids – Ages 5-7: classes offered Tuesdays at 5:30pm
