Yoga during pregnancy will help you learn ways to move well while your body is changing as well as assist in preparing your body for childbirth. This positive and supportive environment is a great way to meet other pregnant women and to discuss common issues that come up during pregnancy.
This class is suitable for both those new and experienced to yoga, and is taught by experienced yoga instructors. Daya is a mom and has also attended over 300 births as during her career as Midwife and a Midwifery student, and Jayne (also a mom) has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Nursing with experience in Neurology, Emergency Medicine, Community and Labour and Delivery.
Classes offered on Sundays at 11:15am, Tuesdays at 5:30pm and Thursdays at 6:30 pm
